Our body has several energy centres or Chakras as known in Sanskrit. They need to be kept cleaned and balanced since they become blocked by trauma, trapped emotions, limiting beliefs and other blockages. If you could see Chakras, those energy centers located along your spine, you would be able to see each Chakra as a spinning vortex of energy.
The 7 main chakras embody the many aspects and qualities of our life. To change your life, it is important to clear the blockages in the chakras so energy can flow freely from the root to the crown chakras.
Every major chakra of human body is connected to an endocrine gland. The chakra functions as the pumping station to supply energy to the endocrine gland and related organs, thereby energising and regulating them.
When your Chakras are out of balance, your life is out of balance. This may show up as:

For example, anxiety is the underlying accumulation of fear in the root and feeling of powerlessness in solar plexus chakras. Depression is the accumulation of unprocessed heartache, anger or grief in the heart and crown chakras. This accumulation of unprocessed emotional energy stagnates the energy flow in your chakras and can make you feel tired and lethargic and can keep you spiraling in negative thought patterns, which then attract more of the same thing to you. As we know energy flows where attention goes.
It is important to do regular chakra purification, to clear the chakras of the accumulated emotional energy dross that stagnates your life force. Chakra purification frees up your life force and makes you feel allot lighter physically and emotionally and helps you break out of negative cycles. Working on the chakra level produces the best results than the physical, emotional and mental levels as it goes to the root cause of the issue.
Balancing the Chakras gets rid of negative energy that causes dis-ease in the body and in the mind. Each chakra is linked to our organs which governs our endocrine system.Disturbances in the subtle energy of the chakras translate into physical manifestation and symptoms who are likely associated with the corresponding glands and organs.
Physical imbalance- constipation, Anemia, fatigue, constipation, lower back pain, sciatica, frequent colds or cold hands and cold feet
Emotional imbalance- Fear- spacey (confusion) feeling unsafe, depression
To balance- Physical exercise, grounding, and gardening. Change your environment/house so you feel safe. Cut cord with toxic people in your life.
Physical imbalance- painful periods, infertility, impotency and frigidity, alcohol and drug abuse, low back pain, candida and yeast infections, urinary problems.
Emotional imbalance- guilt, low sex drive, creative blocks, depression, sensuality issues, eating disorders.
To balance- Embrace your feelings. Hot baths and massage.
Physical imbalance- poor digestion, hypoglycemia, diabetes, digestive problems, ulcers, toxicity, parasites, colitis, poor memory.
Emotional imbalance- shame, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of will power, nervousness, poor memory.
To balance-Take classes, read, do mind puzzles.
Physical imbalance- heart disease, high blood pressure, breathing disorders, chest pain, breast cancer, immune system problems, muscular tension.
Emotional imbalance- grief, lack of empathy, fear of intimacy, Passivity
To balance- Forgiveness, compassion, acceptance of yourself. Spend time in nature, with family or friends.
Physical imbalance- Thyroid imbalances, sore throat, swollen glands, fevers and flu, infections. Mouth, jaw, tongue, neck and shoulders problems. Hormonal disorders such as PMS, mood swings, bloating.
Emotional imbalance- lies, can’t express feelings, heart & mind disconnect, hyperactivity. Hormonal disorders such as PMS, mood swings, bloating and menopause.
To balance- Learn to express yourself. Speak your truth.

Emotional imbalance- poor intuition, depression, hormonal imbalance
To balance- Trust your intuition, release hidden and or repressed negative thoughts or emotions. Go outside at night and stargaze to stimulate the Chakra.
Physical imbalance- poor sleep, immune system disorders, headaches, skin rashes, senility. Right/left brain disorders and coordination problems, Epilepsy. Varicose veins and blood vessel problems.
Emotional imbalance- Mental illness, depression
To balance- Learn about spirituality. Journal, write feelings and dreams down.
